Будівельні компанії навипередки змагаються у креативі аби швидше продати збудовані квадратні метри. Про чудо креативої думки у квадратних метрах PRпортал  писав неодноразово. Але рекламу, котру фотокор PRпорталу зафіксував на околиці Києва вразила своїм підтекстом. 

На борді написано "Продам квартиру в Ірпені недорого". А знизу, дрібнішим шрифтом написано: "протягом 2013-2017 років в Ірпені знищена більша частина зелених насаджень". Поряд, на борді, зображено дівчину без голови, зате із бензопилою.

Очевидно, дівчина без голови, і вирізала зелені зони. На перший погляд комерційна реклама виявилася соціальною рекламою. Авторство борду взяли на себе шысть громадських організацій

    Класна реклама. Реально. Люди, які переїхали в Ірпінь, до цього десь жили? Так! Хай росте ліс там, звідки вони приїхали!
