Дата инаугурации Владимира Зеленского не имеет никакого значения, поскольку сейчас ему не нужно распускать Верховную Раду. Как информирует PRпортал такое заявление прозвучало от политолога Руслана Бизяева. 

«Готов ли Зеленский к досрочной парламентской кампании? Не готов. Минимальный срок готовности — конец августа-начало сентября. Он настаивает на пропорциональной избирательной системе», - рассказал эксперт. По его словам, под пропорциональную избирательную систему сейчас нет голосов в Верховной Раде, и их не будет, если избиратели придут на выборы по старой мажоритарной системе. В настоящее время необходимо готовить кадры на местах, а это может занять несколько месяцев. Кроме того, Бизяев подчеркнул, что текущий парламент не сможет слишком долго сопротивляться новым назначениям Зеленского. 

По закону избранный глава государства должен назначить генпрокурора, главу Службы безопасности, главу Министерства обороны и других высокопоставленных лиц. Политолог уверен, что Зеленский сможет заполнить все квоты в комиссиях. В то же время эксперт уверен, что США хотят, чтобы парламентские выборы прошли в срок, тем более, что Вашингтон ещё не назначил нового посла в Украине.
