В последнее воскресенье октября в Украине пройдут местные выборы сразу во всех регионах. Об этом 17 марта в эфире телеканала "Украина" заявил первый заместитель главы Администрации президента Виталий Ковальчук.

- Есть все основания констатировать, что выборы в органы местного самоуправления должны пройти согласно Конституции - в последнее воскресенье октября 2015 года, - заявил Ковальчук.

Ранее глава парламента Владимир Гройсман заявил, что в Украине подготовят новый закон о местных выборах.

- Я только что подписал распоряжение о создании экспертной группы по подготовке нового закона о местных выборах. Кажется, собрали всех сильнейших экспертов, если кого-то упустили - каждый эксперт может дать дополнительные предложения, - написал Гройсман.

- Многие говорят, что война не время для реформ. А децентрализация ослабит страну. Я с этим не согласен. Инициативы на местном уровне должны быть реализованы, а для этого надо изменить систему. Важно, чтобы наша совместная работ была объединена, у нас время до октября. Новые местные выборы должны пройти по новой основе, - заявил Гройсман.

Накануне президент Петр Порошенко заявил, что выборы на Донбасе пройдут исключительно в рамках украинского законодательства и других выборов там не будет.
