Інтернет-відеосервіс YouTube ненадовго заблокував у понеділок фільм російського опозиціонера й борця з корупцією Олексія Навального, в якому йдеться про корупційні оборудки генерального прокурора Росії Юрія Чайки і його родини, через «порушення авторського права», але невдовзі відновив цей доступ.

Зі скаргою до сервісу звернувся фотограф і кінооператор Данієль Лопес-Паульяда зі Швейцарії.

В інтерв’ю Радіо Свобода він підтвердив, що подав скаргу через те, що у фільмі був використаний його відеоматеріал без його дозволу, але відмовився уточнити, що саме мав на увазі, заявивши, що нині не може про це говорити.

Як пишуть російські засоби інформації, найімовірніше, мало йтися про використані у фільмі кадри готелю, співвласником якого є один із синів Чайки Артем, що має постійне мешкання у Швейцарії, з рекламного ролика цього готелю. За даними Навального, частка в цьому готелі на одному з грецьких островів була куплена за кошти, здобуті незаконним шляхом.

Сервіс YouTube не відповів на запити Радіо Свобода, але через деякий час відновив доступ до фільму.
