У групі нових запитів переважають поняття, пов'язані з подіями, що відбувалися в Україні, - "майдан, люстрація, ПАРЄ, демілітаризація, демаркація".

Жирним виділені слова, які не потрапляли в топ у попередні роки

Популярними, хоч і не ввійшли десятку, виявилися запити зі сфери економіки - "ключова ставка, девальвація, дефолт, деномінація". Найпопулярніше слово 2014 року "селфі" логічно зайняло перше місце.

Закрили десятку два продуктових запити - "viber" і "ягоди годжі". Перший, імовірно, викликаний PR-активністю розробника популярного тепер месенджера.

Другий відображає чергове захопленням засобом, подібним до "чудодійних порошків" з 1990-х, які також не мали результатів клінічних випробувань.

Також в топі знову з'явилося слово "толерантність". За рік, порівняно з 2013-м, зріс інтерес до СНІЛС. "Кохання" хоч і впало з першого відразу на четверте місце, але все одно залишилося серед лідерів.

Теми наркотиків і сексу вперше з 2011 року не увійшли в десятку. Це відбулося під тиском популярних в 2014-му тем суспільства, економіки і політики.
