Портал WikiLeaks опубликовал первые двести документов в рамках анонсированной серии "Spy Files Russia" ("Шпионские файлы России"). Фигурантом первой публикации, охватывающей период с 2007 по 2015 годы, стала российская компания "Петер-Сервис", которая, как утверждается, работала со спецслужбами РФ, содействуя слежке за гражданами, пишет пише DW.com.

 

Из публикации WikiLeaks следует, что "Петер-Сервис", будучи основным поставщиком программного обеспечения для мобильной телекоммуникационной сети в России, предлагала технологии, которые затрагивали не только обычный биллинг, но и могли обеспечить контроль и слежку за физическими лицами. Объем данных, предоставляемых "Петер-Сервисом", был весьма обширен - от записей разговоров до информации о сотовых вышках. Об иных компаниях, которые могли заниматься такой же деятельностью, ничего не сказано.

Компания "Петер-Сервис", согласно сообщению WikiLeaks, была основана в Санкт-Петербурге в 1992 году. Сейчас в ее структурах трудится свыше 1000 человек по всей России и на Украине. В самой компании утверждают, что ее технологии позволяют обрабатывать до 500 миллионов соединений в сутки.
