Народные депутаты Украины назначили местные выборы в отдельных районах Донецкой и Луганской областей, которые получат особый статус, на 7 декабря 2014 года

 Об этом говорится в принятом сегодня законе № 5081 «Об особом порядке местного самоуправления в отдельных районах Донецкой и Луганской областей», за который проголосовали 277 депутатов,пишут «Комментарии».

«Согласно пункта 30 части первой статьи 85 Конституции Украины назначить внеочередные выборы депутатов районных, городских, районных в городах, поселковых, сельских советов, сельских, поселковых, городских голов в отдельных районах Донецкой и Луганской областей на воскресенье, 7 декабря 2014 года», - говорится в законопроекте.

Полномочия депутатов местных советов и должностных лиц, избранных на внеочередных выборах, назначенных Верховной Радой Украины, не могут быть досрочно прекращены.

Местное самоуправление в отдельных районах Донецкой и Луганской областей осуществляется согласно Конституции и законов Украины, соответствующими территориальными общинами непосредственно и через органы местного самоуправления.

Также, в законопроекте поручается Кабинету министров Украины в пределах полномочий принять неотложные мероприятия по обеспечению и финансированию внеочередных выборов, которые назначены абзацем первым настоящего пункта, за счет средств резервного фонда государственного бюджета Украины.
