Парламентские выборы в Дании выиграла оппозиция - правоцентристский блок во главе с лидером либерально-консервативной партии "Венстре" Ларсом Лёкке Расмуссеном получит 90 мандатов из 175, передает Newsru. Премьер-министр страны Хелле Торнинг-Шмидт признала поражение своей социал-демократической партии и сообщила об отставке правительства.

В ночь на пятницу был завершен подсчет голосов на континентальной части страны. Подсчет голосов на Фарерских островах и в Гренландии еще не закончен - от этих территорий в парламент избирается четыре депутата.

ТАСС цитирует слова потерпевшей поражение Торнинг-Шмидт: "Утром я сообщу королеве (Дании Маргрете II) об отставке правительства... Новое правительство теперь предстоит сформировать (главе Либеральной партии) Ларсу Лекке Расмуссену. Я желаю ему удачи, он должен быть признателен за то, что принимает страну в прекрасном состоянии".

Премьер-министр также поздравила соратников с тем, что ее социал-демократическая партия вновь получила больше голосов избирателей, чем любое другое политическое объединение страны (26,3%), хотя этого и не хватило, чтобы вывести вперед весь левоцентристский блок.

Нынешний парламент Дании представлен 13 партиями и для избрания в него необходимо преодолеть 2%-й барьер. По итогам выборов 2011 года победу одержала левая коалиция. Торнинг-Шмидт возглавляла сформированное коалицией правительство на протяжении четырех лет
