Yahoo Japan Corp. договорилась о приобретении интернет-сайта для организации путешествий Ikyu Corp. (Токио) за сумму около $830 млн. Японская компания электронной коммерции не против развивать свой туристический и ресторанный бизнес, сообщает Лига.нет со ссилкой на агентство Bloomberg
Отмечается, что покупатель заплатит по 3,433 иен за каждую акцию, что на 42% выше текущей цены в 2,411 иен по закрытию торгов. Yahoo Japan планирует сделать токийскую компанию дочерней.
Yahoo Japan проведет тендер на покупку акций Ikyu с 16 декабря по 3 февраля, говорится в заявлении компании. Акции Yahoo Japan получили 15 процентов в этом году.
Справка. Крупнейший акционер Yahoo Japan Corp. - SoftBank Group Corp. Второй по величине акционер компании - Yahoo Inc, ранее заявивший о планах продать свою долю в Yahoo Japan.
