Спікер Верховної Ради Андрій Парубій оголосив про вихід народного депутата Володимира Литвина зі складу групи "Воля народу".

Про це він сказав на вечірньому засіданні парламенту 7 листопада.

"Згідно з поданою заявою… повідомляю про вихід народного депутата України Литвина Володимира Михайловича зі складу депутатської групи "Воля народу", – сказав він.

Як відомо, про своє рішення вийти з групи "Воля народу" Литвин заявив 20 жовтня під час засідання ВР, оскільки "у  секретаріаті виникли проблеми" з його зверненням.

Джерела УП у "Волі народу" повідомили, що у групі "Воля народу" стався конфлікт, і керівництво групи попросило Володимира Литвина піти.

Сам Литвин заявив, що прийняв відповідне рішення через голосування інших учасників групи за закони щодо пенсійної реформи.

Після виходу Литвина з групи її кількість налічує 18 нардепів.  Кількість осіб у групі не може бути меншою, ніж кількість осіб у найменшій фракції, що сформована протягом першої сесії. На даний момент, найменші фракції – 20 осіб ("Батьківщина" та "Радикальна партія"). 

Депутатську фракцію чи групу, склад якої став меншим від мінімальної кількості її членів, за 15 днів після офіційного оголошення спікер має розпустити.
