Верховна Рада достроково припинила повноваження Криворізького міського голови Юрія Вілкула і призначила позачергові вибори Криворізького міського голови на 27 березня 2016 року.

Нагадаємо, після місцевих виборів і оголошення Юрія Вілкула міським головою Кривого Рогу в місті тривають мітинги з вимогою переглянути підсумки голосування.

Тимчасова слідча комісія Верховної Ради, що розслідувала фальсифікації під час виборів в Кривому Розі, прийшла до висновку, що встановити істину зараз неможливо, потрібні нові вибори.

7 грудня Криворізька міська виборча комісія прийняла звернення до парламенту про проведення повторних виборів мера міста. До Києва відправили делегацію криворізьких активістів.
