Виконавчим директором міжнародної організації з боротьби з корупцією Transparency International з 1 липня стане нинішній віце-президент TI Олена Панфілова.

Про це повідомляє «Радіо Свобода».

«Олена Панфілова, віце-президент міжнародної організації з боротьби з корупцією Transparency International, переходить на посаду виконавчого директора руху», – йдеться в повідомленні.

Як уточнили в організації, призначення набирає чинності з 1 липня.

Панфілова до 2014 року очолювала російську філію Transparency International. У 2011 році вона увійшла до правління глобальної організації, а два роки тому була обрана віце-президентом руху. Президентом тоді ж було обрано адвоката і колишнього прокурора з Перу Хосе Угаса.

Росія за підсумками 2016 року посіла 131-ше місце в Індексі сприйняття корупції, який складає Transparency International. Загалом у рейтингу вказано 176 країн.
