В Україні з'явиться російський опозиційний телеканал "Дождь".Про це повідомляє Національна рада з питань телебачення і радіомовлення. 

"Рішення щодо визнання російського телеканалу «Дождь» таким, що відповідає вимогам  Європейської конвенції про транскордонне телебачення і чинному законодавству України ухвалено на засіданні регуляторного органу 24 грудня. Із відповідним зверненням до Національної  ради звернувся сам телеканал.

"Проведений моніторинг не зафіксував в ефірі цього інформаційного каналу контенту, що не відповідав би вимогам українського законодавства. Крім того, ТОВ «Телеканал «Дождь» гарантує дотримання вітчизняного законодавства.

Мова програми – російська, спосіб поширення сигналу – кодований.",- йлеться в заяві.
