В четверг, 26 мая, аналитический центр Фабрика мысли Донбасс представил онлайн-ресурс Информационная карта Донецкой области, содержащая данные о медиа на подконтрольной и неподконтрольной территории области.

Карта отображает зону покрытия и места расположения ретрансляторов телеканалов и радиостанций, а также информацию о печатных изданиях в Донецкой области. Кроме этого, ресурс содержит перечень региональных интернет-СМИ и наиболее многочисленных групп в социальных сетях, тематически или территориально связанных с регионом, пишет Новое время

По словам координатора проекта Виктора Литвинова, на неподконтрольной территории Донецкой области почти полностью заблокировано вещание украинских телеканалов и доступ к сайтам с проукраинским контентом. Более того, вещание российских телеканалов и телеканалов террористической организации "ДНР" ведется на освобожденные территории Донецкой области.

Также, отметил эксперт, проблемой является соотношение подписчиков публичных групп проукраинской и пророссийской направленности в социальных сетях.

"Информационная карта как инструмент демонстрирует процесс восстановления украинского вещания в Донбассе и экспансию неукраинской речи. Кроме этого, карта демонстрирует реальное положение дел со СМИ в регионе", - подчеркнул Литвинов.
