Законопроект, который не позволит устанавливать рекламные билборды ближе, чем в 100 м от дороги, зарегистрирован в Верховной Раде Украины. Документ зарегистрирован под номером 1873 от 28.01.2015,сообщает АіФ

Согласно нынешнему законодательству размещать рекламные материалы можно на расстоянии не менее 5 м от края проезжей части. Его предлагается увеличить до 100 м для загородных дорог, и 200 м для магистралей международного значения.

Как отмечают авторы закона, аналогичные ограничения действуют в развитых странах Европы. Там отсутствие на автомобильных дорогах и улицах рекламоносителей и рекламы обеспечивает уменьшение количества дорожно-транспортных происшествий.

Кроме того, размещение рекламы у дороги противоречит «Европейскому соглашению о международных автомагистралях» и Венской конвенции.

Напомним, еще в октябре 2013 года в Украине планировали начать борьбу с наружной рекламой, которая заполнила дороги общественного пользования.
