Более полумиллиона демонстрантов вышли 12 ноября на улицы столицы Южной Кореи Сеула, требуя отставки президента страны Пак Кын Хе, сообщает Reuters.

По мнению протестующих, Пак Кын Хе не может руководить страной в связи со скандалом с участием ее подруги Цой Сун Силь, которая, предположительно, использовала свою близость к президенту для вмешательства в государственные дела.

Демонстранты заполонили центральные улицы города. Среди них – семьи с маленькими детьми, а также люди в инвалидных колясках.

Такие протесты в стране проходят уже третьи выходные подряд.
