Мэр Киева Виталий Кличко во время воскресного заседания Верховной Рады 28 декабря свободно прохаживался по сессионному залу,сообщает «Главком».

Согласно регламенту, во время пленарного заседания Верховной Рады в зале заседаний не могут находиться лица, которые не являются народными депутатами, за исключением лица, сопровождающего народного депутата - инвалида, и работников Аппарата Верховной Рады, выполняющих функцию по обслуживанию пленарных заседаний Верховной Рады.

В то же время народные депутаты предыдущих созывов имеют право присутствовать на открытых пленарных заседаниях Верховной Рады, они размещаются на отведенных для них в установленном порядке местах.
