Роскомнадзор потребовал от операторов связи заблокировать доступ к рекрутинговой социальной сети LinkedIn. Сайт внесен в реестр нарушителей закона о персональных данных.
Решение о блокировке было принято после того, как Мосгорсуд 10 ноября поддержал иск Роскомнадзора о нарушении правил переноса данных российских пользователей LinkedIn на территорию России.
На момент написания заметки социальная сеть была доступна как у мобильных операторов, так и у провайдеров фиксированного доступа в интернет. Обычно для исполнения решения Роскомнадзора требуется несколько дней.
После окончательного решения суда LinkedIn
обратилась в Роскомнадзор с предложением встретиться для обсуждения персональных данных. Пресс-секретарь ведомства Вадим Ампелонский рассказал
«Интерфаксу», что дата встречи согласовывается.
LinkedIn стала первой крупнейшей соцсетью, которую заблокировали по закону о переносе персональных данных россиян на территорию РФ. Закон вступил в силу 1 сентября 2015 года.
Другие крупнейшие сервисы, такие как Google, Facebook и Twitter, официально не объявляли о намерениях перенести серверы в Россию. Роскомнадзор, в свою очередь, пока не говорил, что планирует проверять эти компании на соблюдение закона.
Последней из крупных компаний, успешно прошедшей такую проверку,
стало российское подразделение Microsoft.
