Управление Федеральной антимонопольной службы (ФАС) по Москве оштрафовало социальную сеть "ВКонтакте" на 100 тысяч рублей из-за отсутствия возрастной категории в рекламе информационной продукции, говорится в сообщении службы, сообщает Сегодня.
Ранее в ФАС пришло обращение от гражданина, в котором он указал на то, что реклама известного мюзикла, приложений для игры в покер и для работы с интерфейсом размещены в социальной сети без указания возрастной категории (6+; 12+; 16+; 18+). Данный факт был подтвержден скриншотами.
Комиссия московского УФАС признала такие действия социальной сети нарушающим закон о рекламе, в соответствии с которым не допускается размещение рекламы информационной продукции, подлежащей классификации в соответствии с требованиями федерального закона "О защите детей от информации, причиняющей вред их здоровью и развитию", без указания категории данной информационной продукции.
