В Національному антикорупційному бюро заявили, що розслідувати офшорні справи Петра Порошенка не зможуть, повідомляє 24 канал.

"Чинний президент України не підслідний НАБУ. Є окрема процедура імпічменту, яка прописана в Конституції. Ми не маємо право вести розслідування проти чинного Президента України", – пояснила прес-секретар Національного антикорупційного бюро України Світлана Оліфіра.

Нагадаємо, вчора, 3 квітня було оприлюднено масштабне корупційне розслідування, яке ґрунтується на Панамських документах і викриває причетність десятків політиків вищого ешелону, бізнесменів і впливових людей різних країн, включаючи навіть президентів, до володінню і користуванню офшорними компаніями для виведення коштів та ухилення від сплати податків.
