Впервые в истории Монголии состоится второй тур выборов президента, поскольку первый тур не определил победителя. Об этом сообщает РБК-Україна со ссилкоц на DW

«Монголии впервые в истории придется проводить второй тур выборов президента — ни оппозиционер Халтмаагийн Баттулга, ни провластный Миеегомбин Энхболд не набрали необходимого большинства голосов», — говорится в сообщении.

Согласно информации издания, в первом туре выборов президента Монголии в понедельник, 26 июня 2017 года, однозначного победителя не определили.

Так, претендентами на должность главы страны являются бывшая звезда боевых искусств, экс-министр транспорта Халтмаагийн Баттулга, представляющий оппозиционную Демократическую партию, и представитель правящей в стране Народной партии, экс-вице-премьер-министр Миеегомбин Энхболд.

Отмечается, что Баттулга набрал больше голосов, чем его оппонент, однако не абсолютное большинство.
