Президент Молдовы должен избираться всенародно. Такое решение сегодня вынес Конституционный суд. Об этом сообщает Лига.нет со ссилкой на Point.md.

По решению судей, необходимо вернуться к процедуре, действовавшей до 2000 года, то есть к всенародному избранию президента.

Решение инстанции зачитал председатель Конституционного суда Александру Тэнасе: "78 статья Конституции РМ меняется на то, что президент страны избирается всеобщим, равным, прямым, тайным и свободно выраженным голосованием". 

Таким образом, следующий глава государства будет избран народом. До этого решения главу государства выбирал парламент.

Молдова рассчитывает возобновить переговоры по урегулированию конфликта в Приднестровье в формате "5+2".
