«Глава» самопровозглашенной Луганской народной республики Игорь Плотницкий заявил, что планирует инициировать «референдум» о присоединении к России

Об этом он написал на своей странице в Facebook:

«Я планирую внести на рассмотрение народного совета «ЛНР» постановление о подготовке к проведению референдума, на котором народ Луганской республики примет решение, оставаться ли нам независимым государством или же присоединиться к Российской Федерации», - написал Плотницкий.
