В целом на местных выборах проголосовать не смогут около 13 миллионов украинцев. Такую цифру озвучил генеральный директор Комитета избирателей Украины Алексей Кошель на пресс-конференции в Киеве.

Как сообщает Новое время со ссилкой на Интерфакс-Украина, по словам представителя КИУ, среди них военнослужащие, бойцы добровольческих батальонов, работники МВД, которые в день выборов будут дежурить, а также трудовые мигранты, которые находятся за границей (около 1,5 млн человек).

Также невелика вероятность того, что свои голоса на выборах будут отдавать и переселенцы с оккупированных территорий Украины.

"Я не вижу угрозы, если не смогут проголосовать переселенцы, которые потом вернутся в свои города. Тема голосования внутренне перемещенных лиц - политизирована. Голосование таких лиц - практически невозможно, потому что до дня выборов уже нельзя урегулировать эту проблему законодательно", - почеркнул он.

Ранее в МВД спрогнозировали, что во время местных выборов горячими точками будут Харьков, Одесса и Днепропетровск и, возможно, Закарпатье.

Выборы в местные органы власти пройдут на территории Украины 25 октября 2015 года.
