В Іспанії за вісім місяців до спірного, та все ще теоритичного, референдуму про незалежність Каталонії, прихильники незалежності запустили нову кампанію у неділю, 15 січня. Про це повідомляє AFP.

Як відомо, лідери Каталонії пообіцяли провести референдум про незалежність до вересня 2017 року зі згодою або без згоди центрального уряду.

Повідомляється, що у неділю, 15 січня, прибічники незалежності почали нову кампанію.

Мета кампанії полягає в тому, щоб переконати людей, що каталонці стануть багатшими, матимуть кращі соціальні послуги, поліпшення інфраструктури та менше корупції, якщо вони відокремляться від Іспанії.

"Ми переконані, що ми отримаємо більшість голосів, завдяки інформації та роздумам, а не через почуття", - сказав президент Національної Асамблеї Каталонії Жорді Санчес.

Нагадаємо, іспанський прем'єр-міністр Маріано Рахой категорично відкинув можливість проведення будь-якого референдуму в Каталонії щодо відділення від Іспанії.

Раніше повідомлялося, що в Іспанії уряд Каталонії включив у бюджет на майбутній рік статті витрат на організацію референдуму про незалежність у вересні 2017 року.
