За підтримки програми розвитку Організації Об'єднаних Націй (ПРООН) та громадської організації «Social Boost» створена інтерактивна карта, яка показує руйнування в Донецькій і Луганській областях,пише Media Sapiens

Сайт Redonbass.org. має на меті інформування громадян про зруйновані будинки та об’єкти інфраструктури. Кожен користувач може додати свою інформацію про пошкоджений об'єкт в перелік руйнувань. 

Як зазначають ініціатори проекту, сьогодні однією із проблем є те, що відсутня єдина загальнодоступна база про руйнування.

 «Громадяни не можуть повідомити напряму інформацію про свій зруйнований будинок, лікарню, школу. Громадськість не знає, що де пошкоджено та які заходи вживаються для відбудови. Міжнародні організації мають труднощі у плануванні своєї діяльності. Існуючі дані часто не перевірені та розрізнені», - йдеться на сайті.

Планується, що результатом проекту буде моніторинг руйнувань на Донбасі, визначення найбільш постраждалих населених пунктів, а також інформування української і міжнародної  громадськості про масштаб шкоди інфраструктурі. Організатори сподіваються, що зібрані дані можна буде використати для планування відбудови Донбасу.
