Генеральная прокуратура Украины призвала народных депутатов установить сроки для сбора подписей за отставку генерального прокурора Виктора Шокина. Об этом на брифинге в среду, 23 декабря, сообщил прокурор Генеральной прокуратуры Украины Владислав Куценко.

«Мы обращаемся к нашим коллегам из парламента и просим установить в регламенте определенные сроки сбора таких подписей», – сказал г-н Куценко.

По его словам, депутатам нужно установить ограниченное время на сбор подписей. «Мало месяца – пусть это будет два или три. Но собирать подписи за отставку генерального прокурора всю каденцию парламента – это, во-первых, по нашему мнению, нелогично, а во-вторых – это фактически является давлением в адрес генпрокурора и Генпрокуратуры», – сказал он. 

Напомним, 11 декабря народный депутат («Самопомощь») Егор Соболев сообщил, что прямо в зале заседаний Верховной Рады с его стола украли папку с подписями за отставку генерального прокурора Виктора Шокина. В этот же день она "нашлась" на Фейсбуке Андрея Портнова, который находится в Москве.

Для начала процедуры выражения недоверия генпрокурору нардепам необходимо собрать 150 подписей.
