В Госдуму РФ внесен законопроект, предлагающий установить запрет использовать в рекламе и печатных материалах географические карты аннексированного Крыма в составе Украины. Документ размещен в электронной базе данных российской нижней палаты парламента. Согласно тексту законопроекта, его на рассмотрение Госдумы члены совета РФ Сергей Цеков и Ольга Ковитиди.

В документе отмечается, что "законопроектом предлагается установить запрет на использование в рекламе искаженных топографических данных (географических карт РФ). Указанные изменения вызваны необходимостью законодательного урегулирования производства и реализации в торговых сетях печатной продукции, учебной литературы, карт РФ, наглядных пособий, которые по своему содержанию могут квалифицироваться как пропаганда нарушения территориальной целостности РФ".

По словам разработчиков документа, в настоящее время в ряде изданий на картах отсутствует наименование субъектов Крыма в составе России, а принятие законопроекта "позволит обеспечить соблюдение правовых и этических норм в рекламной деятельности в сфере торговли, туризма, а также производстве печатной продукции".

Россия оккупировала Крым и Севастополь после незаконного референдума 16 марта 2014 года. Присоединение полуострова к РФ не признается Украиной и большинством стран мира.
