Приватбанк, Monobank и Райффайзен Банк Аваль откликнулись на пост пользователя Давида Гора, в котором он жалуется на проблемы с Приватбанком и ищет совета, с каким банком лучше всего сотрудничать в дальнейшем. В посте он тэгнул эти банки, пишет MMR.ua 

 

 

Пока пользователи делились своим опытом работы с разными банками, представители этих банков предложили свои услуги в комментариях, а Приватбанк пообещал разобраться в ситуации, которая вызвала негативное восприятие пользователя. Некоторые пользователи похвалили банки за хорошую клиентоориентированную реакцию.
