Facebook планирует представить инструмент для создания чат-ботов в Messenger.
 

Платформа и API будут представлены на конференции F8, которая состоится 12 и 13 апреля, сообщает Еспресо

Платформа для создания ботов, которую готовит Facebook, будет ориентирована на бизнес. Она позволит построить систему коммуникации с клиентами на стандартизированной базе, без разработки собственных технологий. Боты смогут отвечать не только текстом, но и «структурированными сообщениями», которые включают в себя также изображения и ссылки.

Facebook также работает над веб-плагинами «живого чата». Они позволят ускорить процесс общения клиента и бизнеса. Кнопки «живого чата» будут располагаться на сайтах компаний; они обеспечат коммуникацию с потребителем через приложение Messenger.
