Напереродні закриття дільниць спостерігачі КВУ відмітили активізацію працівників правоохоронних органів, які виводили з приміщення для голосування осіб, що не були уповноважені там знаходитись.

Також за повідомленнями спостерігачів КВУ до дільниці №740998, де перед цим вимкнулось світло, під’їхали невідомі особи, які намагаються проникнути на дільницю. Вони смикають ручки дверей і викрикують, що з ними присутній народний депутат. На дільницю їм поки що потрапити не вдалось і світла досі немає, повідомляється на сторінці комітету у Фейсбук

З дільниці №741010 виводять трьох журналістів із Луганська, які вимагали протокол опломбування. Такий протокол не передбачений виборчим законодавством.
