Баннер со Сталиным висит на улице Плющиха по меньшей мере с 3 апреля, как следует из твита пользователя Reb00t84.

По данным «Интерфакса», баннер размером примерно два на четыре метра растянут на заборе по адресу улица Плющиха, дом 11 «А». В здании, к которому примыкает этот забор, размещен шестой специализированный батальон ДПС ГИБДД на специальной трассе ГУ МВД по Москве, который обслуживает Садовое кольцо.

Батальон возглавляет полковник Константин Васюта. Городские власти появление баннера со Сталиным на этом заборе пока не комментировали.
