В Беларуси арестовали политтехнолога Виталия Шклярова, который работает в США.

Как информирует PRпортал, об этом сообщает Радио Свобода со ссылкой на местное телевидение.

В 18:00 на телеграмм-канале Шклярова появилось короткое сообщение: "Арестован".

По информации белорусских телевизионщиков, Шклярову удалось мобилизовать протестный электорат вокруг Сергея Тихановского. Сам Шкляров в июне в интервью Радио Свобода отрицал, что является политтехнологом Тихановского.

Как пишет беолрусское издание "Белта", по версии спецслужб, он консультировал администратора групп в различных социальных сетях, объединенных общим названием "Страна для жизни".

По одной из версий, "Страна для жизни" работала под внешним управлением российского пиар-специалиста. И этому есть подтверждения.

"Виталий Шкляров - известный политтехнолог. Как и Тихановский - уроженец Гомеля. Широко известен в узких кругах. Его еще иногда называют "серым кардиналом политических кампаний". Из открытых источников известно, что работал в предвыборном штабе Ангелы Меркель, Барака Обамы, тренировал штабы кандидатов в американские сенаторы. В России работал с командой Ксении Собчак. Неоднократно с разных площадок комментировал политическую ситуацию в Беларуси и контролировал политическую активность Сергея Тихановского", - отметили в эфире.

Напомним, ночью 29 июля в Беларуси были задержаны 32 иностранных боевика. По данным белорусского государственного информагентства БЕЛТА, это россияне из ЧВК Вагнера. Они прибыли в Беларусь, чтобы дестабилизировать обстановку накануне президентских выборов.

Часть задержанных числятся в базе "Миротворца" как воевавшие на Донбассе и в Сирии.
