В Беларуси сделан еще один шаг в сторону КНДР: национальный оператор-монополист связи , интернет-провайдер «Белтелеком» хочет заменять рекламу на сайтах на свою собственную, сообщает Tut.by со ссылкой на конкурсные документы тендера. Участники должны предоставить аппаратно-программный комплекс (АПК), позволяющий противодействовать мошенничеству, а также менять контекстную рекламу на сайтах по заказу «Белтелекома».

АПК должен позволять производить «замену как на фиксированную рекламу заказчика, так и на контекстную рекламу, исходя из базы данных по классификации пользователей по характеру посещаемых ресурсов». При этом АПК «должен производить замену гибко», т.е. не производить для отдельных сайтов.

Также планируется создание портала «с предлагаемой рекламой с целью предоставления разработчикам интернет-сайтов ссылок и скриптов для размещения их на своих ресурсах, вести учет количества переходов пользователей по данным ссылкам и скриптам».

К местным представителям будет применена преференциальная поправка в размере 15%.
