Щодо депутата від «Народного фронту» Антона Геращенка Слідчий комітет Росії порушив кримінальну справу.

«Головним слідчим управлінням СКР порушено кримінальну справу щодо (...) позаштатного радника глави МВС України Антона Геращенка. Він підозрюється у скоєнні злочину, передбаченого статтею 205.2 КК РФ («публічні заклики до здійснення терористичної діяльності або публічне виправдання тероризму)», - зазначив він .

За даними слідства, «Геращенко опублікував пост на своїй сторінці в одній із соціальних мереж, де публічно закликав користувачів розкривати відому їм інформацію про російських військових, які беруть участь в операції в Сирії».

«Фактично Геращенко підтримав і розповсюдив ідею свого співрозмовника в соціальній мережі про те, що таким чином «терористи і їхні побратими в Росії зможуть помститися російським військовослужбовцям за канонами шаріату», - сказав Маркін.

Антон Геращенко прокоментував інформацію про порушення проти нього кримінального провадження Слідчим комітетом Росії. Він звитуватив СК РФ у брехні та висловив упевненість, що Росія бореться у Сирії не з ISIS, а з помірною опозицією. При цьому депутат підкреслив, що не боїться загрози кримінального переслідування з боку РФ.

Нагадуємо, що Facebook видалив сторінку радника міністра внутрішніх справ, народного депутата Антона Геращенка після того, як він розмістив на своїй сторінці пост із закликом публікувати дані про росіян, які воюють в Сирії, щоб допомогти терористам ISIS знайти їх і помститися. Невдовзі Facebook відновив сторінку політика.
