У РФ хочуть запровадити держмито за отримання дозволу на поширення іноземних друкованих видань.

Про це повідомляють «Ведомости» з посиланням на моніторинг правозастосування ЗМІ, що опублікований на сайті уряду,передає Media Sapiens

В ньому сказано, що відсутність державного мита призводить до «створення дискримінаційних умов» доступу на ринок для засновників російських періодичних видань.

У зв’язку з цим Мінкомзв’язку РФ доручають підготувати зміни до закону «Про засоби масової інформації» та до Податкового кодексу.

У моніторингу також звертають увагу на відсутність законодавчого регулювання порядку поширення періодичної преси. Автори документа кажуть, що в законі про ЗМІ не прописано підстави для відмови у розповсюдженні продукції іноземних ЗМІ. Мінкомзв’язку пропонують підготувати законодавчі зміни і стосовно цього питання.

Згідно з чинним законом під час реєстрації ЗМІ російське періодичне видання сплачує 3,5 тисяч рублів. Для видань рекламного характеру мито зростає у п’ять разів, для дитячих чи культурно-просвітницьких – зменшується у стільки ж.
