Мінекономіки РФ пропонує заборонити чиновникам та іншим військовим вести робочу переписку через мобільні додатки іноземних розробників.

Про це йдеться в доповіді з пропозиціями щодо пріоритету закупівель російського програмного забезпечення і обладнання президенту Володимиру Путіну 26 травня, повідомляє російський Коммерсант.

Таким чином, чиновникам і військовим можуть заборонити вести робочу переписку з поштових скриньок на Gmail.com і в популярних месенджерах WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram.

Представник Мінекономіки Олена Лашкина підтвердила, що для службових цілей планується використання тільки російських месенджерів, ця позиція узгоджена з Мінкомзв'язку, Мінпромторгу і Інститутом розвитку інтернету (ІРІ).

Також в доповіді президенту містяться пропозиції щодо розширення існуючої з 1 січня 2016 року заборони на закупівлю іноземної ПО в держоргани.

Міністерству пропонують поширити заборону не тільки на пряме придбання ПЗ, але і на закупівлю робіт, послуг зі створення та обслуговування інформаційних систем, на оренду софта.

Ці заходи планується поширити не тільки на держоргани, але і на компанії з державною участю і держмонополії.

Щоб мотивувати чиновників не порушувати цю заборону, міністерства пропонують ввести адміністративне покарання за закупівлю іноземного софта і обладнання в порушення законодавства.

Один зі співрозмовників "Комерсант" серед держслужбовців зазначає, що питання використання іноземного ПЗ для робочого листування встало особливо гостро після численних витоків конфіденційної інформації, організованих хакерським угрупованням " Шалтай-Болтай".

При цьому в адміністрації президента вже вирішили створити захищений месенджер для держорганів, який повинен стати альтернативою Telegram, WhatsApp і Viber.
