У нинішньому складі парламенту є 21 чинний народний депутат, на якого розповсюджуються люстраційні заборони.
 

Про це заявила голова ради громадської організації "Громадський люстраційний комітет" Олександра Дрік, повідомляє Еспресо.TV.

"Люстрація - це не звільнення, а заборона. І це важливо тому, що в нинішньому складі парламенту є 21 чинний народний депутат, на якого розповсюджуються люстраційні заборони. Доки діє закон про очищення влади, вони не можуть бути ні міністрами, ні прокурорами, ні податківцями. Більшість цих депутатів представляють "Опозиційний блок" - Шуфрич, Королевська, Ківалов. Вони звернулися до Конституційного суду з проханням скасувати ті норми закону, які їм забороняють доступ до органів виконавчої влади", - каже Дрік.

За її словами, Конституційний суд понад 1,5 року, порушуючи закони, розлядає люстраційний закон і не може винести рішення.
