У Нідерландах депутати прийшли на засідання, тримаючись за руки, аби підтримати гей-пару, яку жорстоко побила група підлітків.

Приводом для нападу стало саме те, що чоловіки трималися за руки, коли поверталися додому з вечірки. Обох довелося шпиталізувати.

До флешмобу на знак солідарності із постраждалими приєдналися й представники інших професій по всій країні. Поліцейські, бізнесмени, лікарі -  незалежно від орієнтації - опублікували у соцмережах фото, на яких тримаються за руки.
