Члени комітету з імунітету Саксонського земельного парламенту одноголосно проголосували за зняття депутатської недоторканості із співголови правопопулістської партії "Альтернатива для Німеччини" Фрауке Петрі
 

Про це повідомляє Еспресо.ТВ із посиланням на  Der Spiegel.

Цим голосуванням комітет задовольнив вимогу прокурора Дрездена, який розслідує неправдиві свідчення Петрі. Якщо земельний парламент Саксонії проголосує за скасування імунітету правопопулістки, тоді прокуратура зможе висунути проти неї обвинувачення.

І якщо протягом семи наступних днів ніхто з депутатів не подасть скаргу на рішення суду, тоді імунітет у Петрі скасують автоматично.

У випадку, якщо хтось подасть скаргу, що є ймовірним, бо у земельному парламенті є члени правопопулістів, тоді 30 серпня відбудеться голосування щодо зняття недоторканності з Петрі .
