Китайська влада ухвалила рішення про посилення контролю над змістом доступних в локальному сегменті інтернету музичних композицій, пише Media Sapiens.

Музичні стримінгові сервіси, що працюють у країні, зобов'яжуть попередньо прослуховувати треки на відповідність нормам пристойності.

Під забороною - пісні з надто відвертими, непристойними або надто жорстокими закликами. Постанова поширюється також на музичні кліпи і набирає чинності з січня 2016 року.

У серпні влада Китаю заборонила викладати в інтернет 120 пісень, які були визнані небезпечними для суспільства. У Міністерстві культури Китаю визнали, що композиції пропагують непристойність, бунт і насилля. Більшість треків відносилися до жанру хіп-хоп. Деякі пісні опинилися у списку через назви, в яких містилися натяки на сексуальні теми.

Згідно з підрахунками China Internet Network Information Center, незважаючи на сувору цензуру, 480 мільйонів користувачів у Китаї вдаються до послуг стримінгових сервісів.

У квітні нинішнього року Китай запустив нову систему, призначену для цензури в інтернеті. Вона відправляє на комп'ютери в іноземних державах шкідливий трафік і перетворює їх на «зомбі». Потім за допомогою мереж «комп’ютерів-зомбі" (ботнетів) китайська влада проводить DDoS-атаки на іноземні ресурси, що містять заборонені чинним режимом у Пекіні матеріали.
