Біля будівлі Міністерства внутрішніх справ у Києві близько 20 активістів влаштували акцію з вимогою скасувати адміністративну відповідальність за проституцію.

Про це повідомляє кореспондентка Громадського.

Секс-працівниці та правозахисники на знак протесту повісили на манекен протоколи, які складає поліція на затриманих проституток.

«Ми дійшли висновку, що декриміналізація дозволяє захистити права секс-працівниць», — заявила представниця Amnesty International.

Організаторами акції виступили «Ліга Легалайф Україна», Benaissance, «Центр інформації про права людини», Amnesty International, Асоціація українських моніторів дотримання прав людини в діяльності правоохоронних органів.

У прес-релізі до акції організатори наголосили, що не відстоюють легалізації проституції, а лише домагаються скасування адміністративного покарання за заняття проституцією.

Відповідно до статті 181 Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення, заняття проституцією тягне за собою попередження або накладення штрафу від п'яти до десяти неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян.

    Проституция реально самая древняя профессия (гетеры, гейши и др.). Если ее легализовать, доходы от публичных домов перейдут от "крыш" к государству. И секс станет безопаснее.
