Служба безпеки України виявила на флешці, вилученій у головного редактора "Страна.ua" Ігоря Гужви, секретну інформацію Міністерства оборони.
 

Про це йдеться в тексті ухвали суду від 27 липня, передає Еспресо.ТВ

Відповідно до неї, 22 червня співробітники поліції під час обшуку в офісі редакції інтернет-видання "Страна.ua" вилучили флеш-накопичувач марки Kingston, на якому є електронні документи з відомостями Міністерства оборони України, які, можливо, є державною таємницею.

"Під час досудового розслідування зазначеного кримінального провадження встановлено, що частина вищевказаних електронних документів із відомостями, які, можливо, становлять державну таємницю, зберігалися на ПЕОМ 18052 з магнітними жорсткими дисками", – сказано в документі.

СБУ звернулася до суду з клопотанням надати доступ до персональної електронно-обчислювальної машини (ПЕОМ), яка є в Міноборони, з магнітними жорсткими дисками для проведення експертизи.

Втім, представник міністерства заперечував проти задоволення клопотання.

Проте суд надав слідчим спецслужби доступ до зазначених дисків у будівлі Міноборони.
