В греческом правительстве появилась позиция креативного директора, который займется ребрендингом страны и ее продвижением за рубежом, пишет Campaign. Должность займет Стив Вранакис — бывший креативный исполнительный глава Google Creative Lab в Европе, на Ближнем Востоке и в Африке.

Упор в продвижении будет сделан на технологии, креативность, инновации и устойчивость. Совместно с новым креативным директором над ребрендингом страны будет работать Министерство иностранных дел и предпринимательства Греции и другие правительственные ведомства.

Новый креативный директор Греции нацелен на возвращение в страну греков, живущих за рубежом, чтобы они помогли в восстановлении страны после десятилетнего кризиса, отмечает The Drum.

Для того чтобы вступить в должность, Вранакис в начале месяца покинул Google и переехал в Грецию. Он будет работать в качестве специального советника премьер-министра.

В Google Creative Lab Вранакис работал с 2011 г. Он выступил куратором таких проектов, как «Ассамблея молодежи», которая дала возможность обездоленным молодым людям высказаться в ООН. Он также принял участие в работе над мобильной информационной платформой для сирийских беженцев.
