Начиная с 10 февраля 2016 года пользователи социальной сети Twitter могут заменить способ выдачи твитов в свою ленту с хронологического на алгоритмический, сообщается в официальном блоге компании.
Новая функция в первую очередь предназначена для тех, кто подписан на большое количество других аккаунтов, а потому боится пропустить наиболее важные новости.
Приоритетные сообщения будут отображаться вверху ленты в обратном хронологическом порядке, за ними – остальные твиты, также в уже хорошо знакомом обратном хронологическом порядке.
Стоит отметить, что в данный момент алгоритмический способ формирования ленты Twitter не является основным и требует намеренной активации пользователем.
Разработчики сообщили, что интеллектуальная выдача была положительно воспринята тестерами, и пользователи социальной сети проявляли большую активность и вовлеченность во время испытания новинки.
