Телеканали «Кіno 1», «Sport 1» і «Sport 2» можуть транслюватися на території України. Рішення про внесення їх до Переліку іноземних програм, зміст яких відповідає вимогам Європейської конвенції про транскордонне телебачення і законодавства України ухвалено Національною радою 19 листопада.
Із пропозицією внести зазначені програми до Переліку до регуляторного органу звернулася компанія «Поверхность – інвест», повідомив член Національної ради Сергій Костинський.
Телеканали «Кіno 1», «Sport 1» і «Sport 2» отримали ліцензію на мовлення у Латвії. Тематика першого з них – фільмопоказ. Два інші пропонують увазі глядача спортивні передачі. Мова програм - російська. Обсяг мовлення - 24 години на добу. Моніторинг Національної ради засвідчив, що програми не містять передач еротичного та сексуального змісту, зі сценами надмірного насилля чи жахів, а також фільмів, демонстрування яких заборонено на території України.
