Telegram надав розробникам ботів можливість додати спеціальну кнопку для проведення транзакцій.

Після натискання на кнопку оплати користувач зможе заповнити дані та інформацію про доставку, а також підтвердити платіж. Оплата товарів доступна у версії Telegram 4.0.  

Всі платежі будуть проходити безпосередньо розробнику бота. Telegram не братиме комісію за оплату послуг і товарів за допомогою спамерських пошукових роботів.

В першу чергу платежі буде приймати платіжна система Stripe.

Також в Telegram 4.0 з'явилася функція запису відеоповідомлень. Нова функція дозволить користувачам ділитися відеороликами з співрозмовниками - так само, як і аудіоповідомленнями.

Крім того, месенджер запустив ТБ Telescope для власників публічних Telegram-каналів. На ній можна зберігати відео тривалістю до однієї хвилини (як в відеоповідомлення). 

Нагадуємо, що раніше компанія Telegram у своєму офіційному блозі повідомила про завершення періоду тестування функції голосових викликів. Тепер вона офіційно доступна в Android- та iOS-версіях додатка.

Також Telegram представив функцію «відкликання» повідомлення протягом 48 годин після його відправлення. При цьому видалені повідомлення не бачитиме не лише отримувач, але і сам відправник
