Делегати з'їзду "ВО "Свобода" висунули кандидатом у президенти заступника голови партії, депутата  Львівської облради Руслана Кошулинського. 

Таке рішення прийняли 22 січня.

"Впевнено, сміло, твердо до перемоги!", - виголосив Кошулинський.

Він також озвучив свою програму – досягти миру шляхом перемоги і провести деолігархізацію.  

Кошулинський хоче позбавляти нардепів мандату за кнопкодавство і пропуски без поважних причин, провести судову реформу, прийняти закон про місцевий референдум і затвердити механізм про ветування громадою рішень місцевої влади.

Також він обіцяє повернути капітал з офшорів, повернути приватизовані стратегічні підприємства, створити контрактну армію, затвердити державну програму забезпечення військовослужбовців житлом.

Крім того, Кошулинський хоче зобов’язати всіх держслужбовців говорити українською мовою, запровадити іспит з української мови для всіх держслужбовців та позбавляти громадянства осіб, які мають громадянство іншої країни.
