Дискусія виникла під час обговорення законопроекту №5368 «Про внесення змін до Податкового кодексу України щодо поліпшення інвестиційного клімату в Україні», який має бути винесено на друге читання.

Перший заступник голови комітету Андрій Журжій («Самопоміч») кинув в одного з колег ручкою, у відповідь на це той жбурнув пластикову пляшку.

Як повідомлялося, законопроект №5368 разом із законопроектами №5131 про правки до Бюджетного кодексу (щодо вдосконалення складання та виконання бюджетів) і №5132 про правки до Податкового кодексу (щодо забезпечення збалансованості бюджетних надходжень у 2017 році) є базовими для прийняття держбюджету-2017 і раніше були ухвалені в першому читанні.

Комітет уже рекомендував проекти №5131 і №5132 для прийняття в цілому. Як повідомив спікер Верховної Ради Андрій Парубій, зараз тексти документів роздаються депутатам, щоб провести слухання в парламенті ще у вівторок.
