Судья Октябрьского райсуда Лариса Гольник показала видео, на котором мэр Полтавы Александр Мамай пытается "договориться" с ней о закрытии коррупционного админпроизводства против него.

Видео продемонстрировали в Киевском районном суде во время слушания по делу бывшего заместителя мэра Полтавы Дмитрия Трихны, которого судят за попытку дать судье взятку, передает Украинская правда

Позже видеоролик, снятый с помощью скрытой камеры, обнародовал адвокат Роман Маселко.

"Эта судья не только проявила принципиальность при рассмотрении дела о коррупционном правонарушении в отношении мэра Полтавы - Мамая, но и когда начали поступать намеки "порешать" дело - обратилась в правоохранительные органы и задокументировала эти попытки", - написал адвокат в своем Facebook.

По словам Маселко, Гольник написала два обращения в Совет судей о давлении на нее, однако не получила никакой реакции.

Как известно, Дмитрию Трихне инкриминируют дачу взятки должностному лицу - судье Ларисе Гольник, которая вела судебное дело Мамая. Согласно ему, мэр Полтавы предоставил своей падчерице разрешения на установку торговых павильонов без соответствующих процедур, используя служебное положение, сообщает 0532.

Впоследствии Мамай заявил, что судья сама требовала у него взятку, в то же время Гольник обвинила Трихну. По делу своего экс-заместителя Мамай выступает в роли свидетеля. Сейчас дело против мэра Полтавы закрыли.
